The minimum for orders that you pick up from either of our warehouses is $500.00.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shipping points are FOB, Boston (Norwood). Freight is shipped collect. Any claims for shortage and damage must be made within 7 days with the delivery carrier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>First orders are prepaid by check or credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express). Second orders we require a 50% deposit. The balance will be due in 30 days from date of invoice, on approved credit. Third orders will qualify you for 30 days terms on approved credit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-spacer stk-block-spacer stk--no-padding stk-block stk-3404eca\" data-block-id=\"3404eca\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">CONTAINER ORDERS:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Container orders require a 50% deposit with the order or a letter of credit for the full amount. Delivery is approximately 16 weeks. Special orders take approximately 16 weeks and require a 50% deposit when the order is placed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With our vast range of style and finish, it is not always possible to have every item in stock in both warehouses. Shipments arrive weekly so we are seldom out of stock of items for long periods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We also offer a direct import program in both 20&#8242; and 40&#8242; containers. We will ship smaller orders at our customers request, as long as they understand that the freight charges could become excessive. The minimum will be waived for orders that you pick up from either of our warehouses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Any claims for shortage and damage must be made within 7 days with the delivering carrier. We will try and assist you with any claims that may arise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our prices are very competitive and because of this we are unable to offer 30 days terms. All orders must be prepaid or we will send your order COD with payment of a bank check.
